What is art?
Following on from my post about Sculpture by the sea this year in Bondi. I ask the question - What is art?

I ask because it is one of my paintings. I could say it is meant to portray the struggle of the subconscious mind on a quest to discern what is cow and what is bull(shit) and the esoteric congruence of the colours that make up our world. However, I would be lieing. It’s a cow with spots. Pure and simple.
Can I call myself an artist? Could I ever?
It begs the question - what is art? Is it my bovine or is it a dog kennel? Or is it a dialogue with the audience.
You can call yourself whatever you like Kimble, as long as I retain the right to do the same :p
