The pint of beer is the pinnacle of perfection. There is nothing more beautiful than its amber glow, there is nothing more tastier than its hoppish tang, there is nothing more relaxing than its soporific effect.
Man could not have created something as perfect. It is beyond all human achievement each glorious pint of beer must have been created by a higher power than man itself and is thus proof of god’s existence.
Abraham Lincoln summed it up by once saying:
“I can see how it might be possible for someone to look around on earth and not believe in God, but I cannot conceive how anyone could look into a pint of fine ale and say there is no God.”
